Process

A free, virtual conversation about the the project and the client’s needs.
If the project is a good fit, a visit to the property for a fee of $100.
A written scope and fixed fee, agreed before work begins.
Existing conditions, with zoning and code review, followed by design in floor plans and 3D renderings.
Construction drawings for pricing and permitting, coordinated with the client's engineers and consultants.
Construction administration available hourly on request.
