PROCESS
1 | Consultation
A free, virtual conversation about the house, the project, and what isn't working.
2 | Site Visit
If the project is a good fit, a visit to the property for a fee of $100.
3 | Proposal
A written scope and fixed fee, agreed before work begins.
4 | Design
Existing conditions, with zoning and code review, followed by design in floor plans and 3D renderings, refined with the client until approved.
5 | Documentation
Construction drawings for pricing and permitting, coordinated with the client's engineers and consultants.
6 | Construction Administration
Construction administration is available hourly on request.
